IHSA bids you a greeting of Peace,
Islamic Home Schooling Academy (IHSA) was founded in 1996. Since then we have successfully operated as a full time Islamic School. Our enrollment ranges from 20 – 35 children.
We have been a member of Home Educators Administration of Virginia for 12+ years!!

IHSA’s mission is to teach from the Quran and Sunnah first and foremost. Secondly, we teach academics according to home school regulations. This allows us to be creative and to introduce diverse methods of teaching our eager muslim students!!

We closed our High School Division in 2007.
Al-Hamdulillah 59% of our students tested 1-2 grade levels above public school norms! WE are now in our 19th year of teaching and pray that Allah blesses us to succeed for yet another year!
We teach Elementary and Middle School grades, 1st – 8th. (6th- 8th grade boys are considered on a case by case basis) . There is testing and essays to complete in order to determine proper placement.

We Take Our Winter Break Between Semesters. This allow the students to continue their momentum of learning until the reporting period ends. Therefore, we will be out of school from:
Friday, January 6 – 15th 2017 ~~~ InshAllah
We will resume classes on Monday, January 16, 2017 .
